This project is part of the development of Sindalah, a luxury island that is a component of the NEOM mega-project in Saudi Arabia. It involves the construction of steel-framed hotels, enabling rapid installation, high resistance to climatic conditions, and a modern architectural integration aligned with premium hospitality standards.

IMYAS Company was commissioned for the fabrication and on-site assembly of the steel frame structures for the hotels in Sindalah.

We carried out the design, production, and assembly of the frames in compliance with the project’s quality and durability requirements, thereby contributing to the development of modern and resilient hospitality infrastructure.
